Kai Fish - My Anima (Live Webcast)

At 8PM GMT tonight, September 6th, Kai Fish, bass player in the Mystery Jets, will be premiering the video for “My Anima”, the first single off his debut album "Life In Monochrome", as well as treating us to a special live online performance, streamed live from his home in real time on his official website (www.kaifish.co.uk).

In front of a small, intimate audience, Kai will be performing several tracks off his debut album "Life In Monochrome", which the NME described as "heartbreak in every hue... via that rare alchemical art of spinning life's dross into spun-gold song", and then showing "My Anima"- the second video from Life in Monochrome to be produced and directed by Kai, for the very first time.

Kai's passionate live performance, with his newly assembled 9 piece band, has already won accolades in its short life, with the NME praising his sold-out album launch at the St Pancras Old Church for its "lachrymose mastery". The live stream offers an opportunity to see the songs off the album performed in real-time, rendered in acoustic, stripped down fashion and set in a personal environment, from an artist who, at just 25, is both an accomplished musical veteran and exciting new solo artist.

The video premiere, and performance are webcast live from Kai’s House, tonight at 8pm GMT, September 6th on www.kaifish.co.uk

The debut album, “Life in Monochrome” is released 26th September 2011, on CD, Vinyl & Digital.
